Pros

A lot of people had great experiences with the company but I just got unlucky with my manager

Cons

My manager would ask me about my medications and wanted me to start taking Adderall to improve my performance.

Pros

Company has been evolving a lot over the last year and are constantly looking for ways to improve their employee experience and has a very exciting future. 100% remote work with flexibility, good PTO offerings (Including Paternity leave offerings) fair compensation , strong sense of community even through remote work. Mid level leadership is great on my team and have always been available and responsive when needed. It has been a fantastic place for me to work over the past 2 years.

Cons

Better online training (Recent new hires have commented on improvements in the process but was not very strong when I started, ) A clearer structure on a pathway to management positions or some type of management training program would be great.
