Great company culture and colleague with other potential issues lately

Pros

- Allow cross border working in approved country for 1 month/yr - Various optional workclubs to join based on your personal interests - Colleagues are generally nice

Cons

- Training budget is no longer as generous as before (still affortable for most except expensive one like SANS) - Re-organisation happens to be more frequent recently - Development slowed due to tech debt from the older software stacks
