Workfront reviews

Advancement (at least in Marketing) is incredibly difficult. In my 1.5 years there, 2 of my Directors voluntarily left, and many coworkers did as well. The blindsiding of layoffs wasn't a great morale boost either. Now, Workfront has been acquired by Adobe so the culture is likely going to be changing. It will be interesting if Workfront can maintain their culture because that is one thing Workfront has historically done very well.

Company has been around longer than most SAAS companies and has gone through many strategy changes as leadership changes have occurred. There can be a sense of no clear direction or vision at times.
