Pros

People were amazing! And honestly the product is really nice! Office was also cool

Cons

Yea they did layoffs and not handled properly at all! This company likes to preach about being human and handling layoffs and recognition but does it practice it NO! This came after an HR conference that they held!!!

Thank you for sharing your perspective—and for being part of the Workhuman community. Restructures are incredibly difficult, especially in a culture where people feel deeply connected to one another and to our mission. Even when approached with care, these moments can feel deeply personal, and we recognize that. Our annual conference is a strategic pillar of our business and planned independently of organizational changes. That said, we understand the optics and the emotional impact of timing of business changes. We remain committed to supporting our people through change and to doing our best to live our values—not just when it’s easy, but especially when it’s hard. Your voice matters, and we’re listening.

Pros

People, perks and a cool office space.

Cons

The executive leadership team is a boys club. They are condescending and disrespectful to women. If there are six people in a meeting, three are women, and three are men, the men will talk amongst themselves as if they were not there. They have great perks, but that will only carry you so far; eventually, the cons outweigh the perks. Great for a short time until you see what happens behind the scenes. Most things they do are strictly for the show to the outside world and do not apply within.

I’d like to ask you to reach out to me directly to discuss these issues, and if not me, than a member our HR team. We value and respect all humans at Workhuman, and your voice and experience matters.
