I've been here for just over a year and would highly recommend Workhuman as an employer. The people are fun, smart, hard-working and supportive. The culture is amazing and the opportunities endless!

Cons

If you're not comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment, this is not the place for you. In addition, you must be comfortable in an organization that is constantly growing and changing.

- Strong sense of community - Career growth & development is heavily supported - Flexible, comfortable atmosphere - Very sincere HR group; they listen and take action - Diversity & Inclusion is acknowledged - I believe this company is overall extremely fair

Cons

- Unfortunately favoritism/"loud voices" exist - Open concept office is definitely difficult but the ability to work from home or book a room helps - Growing pains; not terrible but you must keep up with the new pace of things here

Great benefits, competitive salary, wonderful culture, beautiful workspace. I've always loved what I do, but rarely loved who I worked for as much as I do now. This company is truly on a mission to bring humanity to the workforce, and I feel it every day. And I guess the world agrees, because the company is growing at an amazing rate. You will work your butt off, and will feel valued while you do.

Cons

For some people, open office space is a challenge. That said, there are several quiet and private workspaces, so you just need to find your comfort zone.
