      Location is not very attractive. Many people are there because it is handy rather than an exciting place to be.

      Chances to get "star" = gift cards money Great learning opportunity Small group dynamics Trying to make company better than it is currently HR group is fair and helps employees which in turn makes company stronger

      Pros

      We have flexible hours and for the most part, people really care about their co-workers. Most people are eager to do good work and it is very collaborative.

      Cons

      Turnover among sales effects everyone. You have to be a joiner to enjoy it - its not the type of place where you will be happy if you want to just come in, get your work done and go home.
