Lunch is provided. Team mates are great.

Cons

Office is in an awkward place. With lay offs they atmosphere is terrible and people are trying to prove their worth which means internal conflict and teams throwing each other under the bus. I feel for team mates left behind

* Great company mission * Unbelievable people up to the director level * Hard working and thoughtful employees * Very good solution * Great sales team * Tremendous growth prospects * Flexibility around remote working for many employees

Cons

* Ironically, for a company that espouses employee engagement, the CEO does many things that are antithetical to creating engagement: he chooses not to interact with most employees; he is disparing about people's work; he armchair quarterbacks without offering helpful input * Most of the executives seem afraid or unwilling to disagree with the CEO * Vast majority of employees don't get equity * Micromanagement and inefficient workflows * Product team has been woefully understaffed for more than a year
