Pros

Very nice co-workers. Work-life balance. Pay salary is in par with what you'd expect in the median range.

Cons

CEO and Sales-Driven; If you like having to pivot your roadmap every 6-9 months, then you'll like it here. Innovation is done in the form of incredibly creative workarounds and working with what you have. Actual innovation is hard to come by. Culture has become demoralizing over the years, and everything is always fine until it's not and then everything is an emergency.
