Rewards scheme was a good perk, heavily reduced in recent years however

Cons

Chronically out of date systems, run by inept middle management who are there too long and just waiting for retirement. Little to no acknowledgement or accountability for issues, and equally no acknowledgement of work put in.

Cons

Some areas of the business could benefit from more transparency Some teams aren’t great at trusting others to do their jobs Not all teams are held against the same standard for measuring success
