Pros

There is good work-life balance and benefits package is strong. If in-office is your thing, they just opened a beautiful new U.S. headquarters location.

Cons

Lack of pay transparency. Once you're in the door you're locked into a glacial career movement process and constantly getting slow-rolled by HR. Lack of mentorship. Little organizational coherence between top level management and the rank and file.

The company has great culture and emphasis on the happiness of employees.

Cons

My manager pulled me off new projects and told me to just focus on the tasks in the job description. This was extremely discouraging and I eventually got bored and checked out from the job
