      People seem to be friendly and welcoming

      Cons

      Hidden culture of "don't question anything". Lots of sensitivities due to history. Lack of folks being straightforward and allowing for learning. Lack of progress.

      Pros

      Great support from all areas of the company to help us in the field. Selling is a team sport here and that is evident from both the official support roles as well as the willingness of all areas of the company to pitch in when needed.

      Cons

      Selling enterprise tech into HR can be a long sales cycle.
