      Pros

      I've never worked with a greater group of people, who support one another. Such a family-friendly culture, where parents have the flexibility they need to balance home and work. We use our own software, and it is an amazing bonus opportunity, while also allowing us to feel appreciated and celebrated for the work we do!

      Cons

      A lot of growth and change and shifting which is not for everyone. But if you can roll with the punches, it keeps things really interesting!
