As a business, we continue to evolve our expectations of how we operate, with a stronger emphasis on accountability, clarity, and efficiency at every level. As we scale and mature as an enterprise organisation, this includes making deliberate choices about how we work together, how decisions are made, and how responsibility is owned across the business. One example of this is our hybrid working model, which reflects the standard approach across many enterprise environments and supports collaboration, execution, and shared accountability.
We recognise that these evolving expectations, particularly around more accountable leadership and post-pandemic hybrid ways of working, won’t suit everyone. However, we believe they are necessary steps to support the long-term health, performance, and sustainability of the business.
From a data perspective, our voluntary turnover remains strong relative to external tech benchmarks. In 2025, company-wide voluntary turnover was 9.5%, with HR at 10%. In areas where turnover is higher, such as engineering, levels remain well below market thresholds (which is 20-23% in Ireland!!!). We see this as a reflection of the many humans who continue to find purpose, opportunity, and positive experiences here
