      The passionate people, amazing products and overall mission and vision for the compnay make Workhuman an inspirational place to work

      Cons

      I would have loved to have continued working here but needed to relocate as virtual working was not possible at that time. Maybe now with the pandemic the view of home working effectiveness may have changed.

      Workhuman practice what they preach! The culture is inclusive and positive across the board, the software is AMAZING, and I am well-supported and appreciated. The people, package and benefits make you feel truly valued. A company I feel proud and privileged to work for.

      Cons

      Practically none - I would have to try very hard to come up with something that actually matters.

      Pros

      US based review: This is an amazing place to work. The executives really do care about the team and well being. As a new parent, they are extremely family focused. The workload is extremely balanced and you never feel like you are drowning. It has been an absolute blessing to join this company after bouncing around a little after being laid off from another place I loved. The culture is built on positivity and thanks. The product is hitting the nail on the head of what many large companies need at this difficult time in retention. Very good benefits.

      Cons

      -No option for equity -Product is somewhat old school but the industry is old school so it works most of the time
