Excellent work/life balance. Colleagues are mature, professional, and talented individuals. The main product is really valuable to us as well as customers.

Cons

Navigating communications of business decisions during Covid can be tough, but I can tell they're trying.

Pros

You received a lot of Recognition points and a discounted marketplace. Internal company events are done well and they invest in employees.

Cons

Workhuman has changed greatly since the time I started there. The focus is on very high mark-ups on the Redemption Network leading to a horrible employee experience. The CEO became much more focused on an annual HR conference than recognition solutions. All of their "best practices" are in the interest of the bottomline, not the customers.

Pros

Unlike many companies, Workhuman has decided to invest in people to support data analytics and business intelligence. The WHiQ team has doubled within the past year and continues to grow. For myself, having a team of analysts to work with has been a major pro in my experience. Analysts are highly supported and regarded within the organization as well. There will not be a shortage of learning, relationships or opportunities to grow.

Cons

We are not in the higher end of the data maturity scale. So there is a lot of data evangelization that needs to happen to move things forward. For some this can be difficult to manage and it can also be an opportunity to keep developing new ways to help business leaders understand the value of data.
