      Terrible Management and no leadership—-Stay away from!!!!

      Work from home and flexible

      Cons

      Executive Leadership getting paid huge wages but do not have a clue on how to run a company. Expects you to do work for 3 people. Does a big lay off and then turns around and hires after lay off. Does not care about their employees unless you are a recovering addict. Bonuses and incentives for executive employees and nothing for the under dogs doing the work.

In addition, we also implemented a pay for performance model in February 2024 so raises and promotions were strictly merit based.
