Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

High Stress Bosses bully the employees and allowed to do so. You don't get time during the day to chart so it ends up falling to after hours. There is no work life balance. To many bosses not enough workers.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write to us. I take any allegations of bullying seriously, and all reported inappropriate behavior reported to HR is investigated as required by all applicable laws and best practices. In terms of work-life balance, we're always open for feedback about continuously improving balance for our team. Workit offers flexible work schedules, 3 weeks of PTO, 1 week of sick, 12 weeks paid parental leave, and an EAP with work-life balance specific content and therapy sessions. We consistently test these programs against what is offered within the market, and we continue to find these programs are above market. We also care very much about supporting managers to become even more experienced, including providing resources to manager about how to provide work-life balance to their people. Thank you for your service, and feedback. Warmly, Sara Irvine VP, People & Culture

Only pro is working from home

The company treats employees horrible. They do not listen to concerns, they have unrealistic expectations, they do not follow laws, and only care about making money.

Pros

Work from home, decent pay

Cons

The worst job I’ve ever had. No work life balance. A lot of people in positions with no experience relevant to their role. There is always a lot of staff turnover on every team. Horrible communication about changes and no input from providers was considered when making changes when leadership changed. Rushed visits and sketchy billing practices. This place does not care about the patients, only money.the don’t care about the employees either. The culture is horrible and the opposite of what they claim. Lots of discrimination present here . Corrupt and inexperienced leadership team. I could go on and on. Run as fast as you can.

Hello, Thank you so much for the feedback, though I am sorry to hear you've had a poor experience with work-life balance. I'm sorry to hear it sounds like your experienced fell short of these management values. I take this seriously, and will investigate any gaps in management training exist that within the provider team. Thank you again for your post, and please feel free to reach out to me with any further questions or concerns. Wishing you the best, Sara Irvine VP, People & Culture
