Pros

I love working for workit health. Great company, great people. People genuinely gave a damn about the entire mission no matter what role they had

Cons

It was a start up with start up problems. RIFs were an issue for a time. I worked a lot.

Happily, we've heard our employee voices about cheaper benefits and have delivered lower cost, same or better quality benefits for 2025. Thank you so much for sharing your voice, as it helps Workit be as supportive as possible to the work environment our employees most want. All the best, Sara Shapiro VP, People & Culture

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you enjoy our remote work lifestyle and culture, but did not find opportunities for pay advancement. I'm sorry to hear that, as we offer annual merit-based raises, annual bonuses, and have created several new advancement roles within the Behavioral Health department this year alone. We also have a quarterly, anonymous engagement survey to make sure we catch any communication issues or employee suggestions, which I do find helps in raising communication concerns that staff may have. I'd like to understand your experience better to understand if we perhaps did not well communicate the steps to receive an annual merit-based increase or be eligible for internal promotion. If you'd like to share more to help us improve this communication, please don't hesitate to contact me at sirvine@workithealth.com. All the best, Sara Shapiro VP, People & Culture
