      Good benefits, positive staff culture, holidays/weekends off, management is open to ideas and improving policies and procedures as we grow.

      Cons

      The only con is realizing how many people are in need of recovery services.

      -Work from home -Benefits start on the first day, medical benefits start at the first of the month

      Cons

      -Constant changes due to being a “start up” -Management knows nothing about substance abuse -Higher ups make all decisions with lack of knowledge -Burn out -High caseloads -high turnover - They pretend like they care for employees when they only think about money -money hungry company that only worries about making numbers and growing the company while leaving other places struggling
