Good work life balance, caring & compassionate team members & leaders. The pay is competitive, decent priced health insurance, 401K, PTO & growth opportunities.

Cons

I do not have many cons but if I had to think of one I guess you could say they dont have benefit options like pet insurance, tickets at work/ lifecare employee discount.

- Autonomy to treat psych disorders, AUD, and OUD - Ability to work 4 10's or 5 days a week - Decent base salary, it's a little over the industry average

Cons

- Large provider turn-over - Psych training can be more comprehensive - Require a minimum of 8 min follow-up appts and 45 min inductions! This is a bit long and ridiculous for addiction med, seeing as the direct competitors only require 3 min follow-ups. This puts a lot of pressure on providers to extend visits. Just wondering what the intentions behind this requirement are and if it's related to increasing reimbursement for the practice. - No bonus structure, unlike competitors that have such structure. This should be included as providers are also treating more conditions than just OUD like psych disorders, nicotine dependence, and AUD - Management is not very motivating, will micro-manage to point out weaknesses but not strengths - CME budget is low for industry standard

This is honestly one of the best companies I have worked for thus far. They put an emphasis on self care for staff and genuinely care about their members/clients in which they serve. There is such a positive team environment and it’s a position where you genuinely enjoy the work that you do and the people that you do it with. They also have good benefits.
