Supportive Culture, Great Benefits, and Mission-Driven Work
Pros
Working here has been one of the most fulfilling professional experiences I've had. The culture is inclusive, supportive, and values transparency at all levels. Leadership truly listens and is committed to continuous improvement. The remote-first environment is thoughtfully structured, making it easy to stay connected and collaborate across teams while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Benefits are top-notch: 100% vested 401(k) with good employer match, generous and equitable PTO for all employees (no matter your role), and one of the best parental leave policies I’ve seen in the industry. It’s clear the company genuinely values its people. What sets this company apart is its mission-driven focus. Every team and initiative ties back to a greater purpose, and you can feel the impact of your work in a meaningful way. Other positives: - Strong DEI efforts - Transparent leadership communication - Clear career growth paths and development opportunities - People-first mindset at every level of the organization
Cons
While it hasn't been my experience, those who prefer in-person collaboration might find the fully remote setup challenging at times. Workit makes strong efforts to foster virtual connection and community, but remote work isn’t the right fit for everyone.
