The work we do at Workit Health is truly meaningful — it impacts lives across the country in ways that go far beyond selling a subscription. Everyone is talented, resourceful, and genuinely supportive — there’s a strong culture of lifting each other up. There’s real opportunity for growth. Internal hiring and promotions are prioritized, which makes it feel like career development is taken seriously. Being fully remote is a huge advantage. Cons
The cost of health insurance can feel high compared to larger companies I’ve worked for in the past. That said, I understand the challenges of providing comprehensive coverage across many states as a smaller, fully remote company.
