Pros

Collaboration Support Community Flexibility Communication Member excellence Benefits and pay Overall culture

Cons

I wish there were more events for team members to interact outside of the workplace. This would allow us to build better relationships with each other, which would in turn make it easier to work well together as a team.

Pros

Team support; excellent onboarding; administration time built into everyday; group practice so time off is not a problem; pay is fair and so are the benefits.

Cons

Like any healthcare organization currently in the United States, there are many changes to keep up with regulatory policies. But as mentioned previously, the team support is excellent to manage the changes.

Pros

The work we do at Workit Health is truly meaningful — it impacts lives across the country in ways that go far beyond selling a subscription. Hearing member stories and seeing how we've helped change the trajectory of someone’s life is incredibly fulfilling. My team is one of the best parts of working here. Everyone is talented, resourceful, and genuinely supportive — there’s a strong culture of lifting each other up. The company values diversity, and that shows up in everything from team culture to how people’s personal journeys — whether in recovery or not — are respected and heard. There’s real opportunity for growth. Internal hiring and promotions are prioritized, which makes it feel like career development is taken seriously. Being fully remote is a huge advantage. The flexibility it offers is life-changing, and it allows us to hire top talent without being limited by geography. The company introduced a company-wide bonus structure two years ago, which has been a great way to recognize and reward collective success.

Cons

The cost of health insurance can feel high compared to larger companies I’ve worked for in the past. That said, I understand the challenges of providing comprehensive coverage across many states as a smaller, fully remote company.
