They are open and transparent about high level company initiatives and give thoughtful updates in all-hands meetings - Growth opportunities and ability to work on a wide variety of tasks, partially because it's a smaller company but also because leadership truly cares about professional development opportunities for employees and they promote from within - The best PTO policy I've ever seen and they actually care about your work-life balance - One of the best IT teams I've ever worked with. No endless waiting to get access to systems or help with requests. They are super helpful and quick to reply
