      Pros

      Busy, challenging work in a fun atmosphere. Co-workers genuinely support and grow each other professionally and enjoy spending time together outside of work. Smart & drive team, thoughtful & strategic leadership, and an awesome work space. Also, a bunch of weirdos that love bein' weirdos.

      Cons

      Due to company size, some technology is slow to grow, but it's a current focus that is making improvements.

      There is true work-life balance at Workshop. They hire smart, responsible, honest people that want to do their best work and can trust not to take unfair advantage of their awesome benefits.

      Cons

      Dogs aren't allowed in the Turning Basin building :(
