      Pros

      The enthusiasm and passion that everyone in the office shares about digital marketing makes it a great environment to work in. All of the teams are full of sharp, competent, caring people who are generally just awesome to be around. Management really values each employee and genuinely cares about their success. Which makes it easy to voice any thoughts or opinions you may have.

      Cons

      If you're not self-driven or if you require a lot of guidance on a day-to-day basis, then you probably won't be a good fit.

      Pros

      Really great, young company with owners that truly care about the business and their team. It is a highly collaborative environment and you can always trust that someone will be there to help you out when you need it. Quickly growing & values the ideas, thoughts, and opinions of each employee.

      Cons

      If you aren't a fan of change then this probably isn't the best fit.
