Stimulating environment, changing rapidly, seeing the world, contributing to improving the state of the world, meeting interesting people, liberty to take on challenges

Cons

The Forum has a tradition of hiring over qualified people. Several are thus working below their actual competency level which creates frustration and has negative impact on salary which is lower as general business to start with
