Pros

Incredible exposure to senior stakeholders

Cons

Promotion metrics are heavily skewed toward leadership loyalty rather than performance. Throughout the organization - and specifically within the economics and social impact center - KPIs are largely ignored. I witnessed multiple instances where objective KPI underperformance was overlooked and praised due to personal allegiance. This creates a culture where personal loyalty outvalues actual results. Unclear gender-based discrimination allegations are used to shield underperforming and toxic female colleagues.

Pros

Good work-life balance and work environment

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth and salary expansion. Majority of senior staff are male. Women are not given the same opportunities to grow within the organization
