Literally nothing but just catering benefits.

Cons

I wish I could have a look at those reviews before I joined the Forum… The daily life in this organization is like a soap opera… watching the top management fighting with each other, observing how the middle management bullying staff members while hearing interns and ECPs appreciating the working environment…

Great exposure to ideas, good broad experience that can be applied to other jobs

Cons

Lots of infighting at the top, leaks down to lower levels. The Forum makes poor hiring decisions and teams suffer.

Incredible exposure to senior stakeholders

Cons

Promotion metrics are heavily skewed toward leadership loyalty rather than performance. Throughout the organization - and specifically within the economics and social impact center - KPIs are largely ignored. I witnessed multiple instances where objective KPI underperformance was overlooked and praised due to personal allegiance. This creates a culture where personal loyalty outvalues actual results. Unclear gender-based discrimination allegations are used to shield underperforming and toxic female colleagues.
