Pros

I do not have any at the moment.

Cons

There's a glaring absence of work-life balance, making it nearly impossible to maintain a healthy separation between professional and personal life. Also, leaving at 5 p.m. is frowned upon. The expectation to work late also lacks any compensation or even basic provisions like meals, leaving employees feeling undervalued and overburdened. Even taking a brief 30-minute lunch break is met with disapproval, often resulting in hurried desk-side meals or sacrificing breaks altogether. Transparency is a foreign concept here, as upper management remains detached from the workforce, leaving employees in the dark and unable to obtain straightforward answers, the company was also misleading during the hiring process. Have to be in the office for 5 days a week, hybrid work is a foreign concept here. Corporate politics also runs rampant, further complicating the work environment.

Pros

New computers and updated technology

Cons

This was an acquisition and World came in like a tornado lacking in guidance. They are huge on sending massive amounts of emails and spread sheets but try to get a human from any department to give you guidance. It doesn’t happen! There famous words are “I’ll circle back” unfortunately no one ever circles back. This was the most unorganized organization I have ever been a part of. Everyone is a glorified corporate bee not willing to make a decision, either by circling back or passing the question back to someone else to the point of frustration and then you forget about your question. I would not work for this company unless your willing to just be a peg in a wheel that doesn’t circle back!

Pros

Commission on walk ins. You have to know about it and squeeze it out of them but they do offer it if you're in the know enough to ask how to put in for it.

Cons

The worst that corporate can get. The care about....nothing? No one? Still not sure why they have personal Lines at all. Their goal was to pretty much loose as much PL business as possible once they took over the agency and only retain profitable CL business. They'll dangle the carrot of management or promotion until you call them on the carpet or realize it's never going to happen or it's given to someone else. Once people leave they won't create more positions and say they are waiting on approval to post for the spot. By that time you've lost 3 more reps and now you're doing the workload of an entire office by yourself. When you leave they'll give it to another office and so on.
