Great people and benefits, but leadership issues persist.

Pros

- Great people. - Competitive benefits. - Great medical Insurance options. - Great growth prospects.

Cons

- Leadership changes over the past 16 months mean competing ideologies on strategy execution. - Sometimes too fast paced, we focus on getting it done sooner rather than correctly or completely. - Too many priorities, not enough resources in the right departments.

Supportive coworkers but leadership struggles to connect

Pros

Many of the hourly workers are hard working and great people. They are easy to get along with and are very supportive of each other.

Cons

It is difficult for executive leadership to make an authentic connection with the rest of the employees. Many come to the plant only 3 days a month and a few have trouble doing that. Because of this, the motivation of the rest of the employees is being diminished. "Culture" needs to be more than a buzz word.

Pros

Training was pretty inclusive and as hands on as it could be for being remote. They don't pay much for cell reimbursement and goals were aggressive.

Cons

Training is ok but management is confused on a lot and there seems to be some issues within upper management. There's been a lot of turnaround with many field sales reps resigning & management being fired for reasons that don't make sense. Seems they will quickly get rid of you if you're not producing quickly even though they say there's some ramp up time. They act like they;re supportive but they aren't. No room for growth
