Pros

Coworkers were easy to get along with. Job is not overly taxing, nor is it difficult.

Cons

Management does not have much in the way of education. For example, a division manager has no college education. Not current with proven business or management techniques that would make the company more successful. Finally, no structured training programs or career paths.

Pros

Worldwide equipment for the position of Diesel Technician my personal experiences are good ones I learned alot and gained training which is for me priceless I would recommend that if you want a good start in the position of Diesel Technician worldwide is the place.

Cons

There is no room for advancement and the benefits package is the worst I probably ever seen in my life they are however updating their tools.
