Outdated company in need of change or it will be left behind by competition.

Pros

Employees generally want the best for the company but the organization lacks vision and fails to plan for the future.

Cons

Management changes frequently. Private company whose owner doesn't value employee input. Employment is never secure regardless of results. Benefits are not competitive. No profit sharing.

A great place to get experience but I wouldn't stay long.

Pros

hour lunch, some good guys to work with, many benefits offered (some at slightly higher rate than average)

Cons

bullying, promotions non-existant, non-competitive wages, pay increases are promised but rarely (if ever) approved, health insurance prices too high, outdated management styles, required to do personal errands for upper management, CEO does not adhere to his own company policies
