Pros

Worldwide equipment for the position of Diesel Technician my personal experiences are good ones I learned alot and gained training which is for me priceless I would recommend that if you want a good start in the position of Diesel Technician worldwide is the place.

Cons

There is no room for advancement and the benefits package is the worst I probably ever seen in my life they are however updating their tools.

Pros

hour lunch, some good guys to work with, many benefits offered (some at slightly higher rate than average)

Cons

bullying, promotions non-existant, non-competitive wages, pay increases are promised but rarely (if ever) approved, health insurance prices too high, outdated management styles, required to do personal errands for upper management, CEO does not adhere to his own company policies
