Pros

Company is privately owned and does not have any debt, and represents major brands of on highway trucks. Also has it's own rental company.

Cons

Pay is below area averages, labor rates are too high as compared to competitors, poor pay structure as compared to most truck dealerships. Upper management is behind the times.
