Pros
A well established engineering company with all all procedures and knowledge base in place. Easy ambience to work.
Cons
Do not have enough work to keep the employees. I left a well established job with another engineering company on the recommendations of a former colleague to join WP in a staff role under the impression of long term future. The Project was put on hold within a few months and I was in the bin soon. The employee who recommended me got his reward by getting me to WP to finish the hours. But at the end I was the sufferer. The employer is hasitant to give redundancy as they ask you to go on leave for indefinite period. They have many international positions, but for some reason they do not respond.
