Poor Management- Ask for any help they blame employees. No support or help. Set up for failure. No one is there to help you step by step. Rude manager that bully staff for results. They should train and be supportive and understanding.

Great place for those willing to take on a new challenge

I am always learning here at Wren, if its not learning to design and plan a kitchen, using the VR with your team and customers, understanding what the company truly has to offer, and the growth of the company and how well the train and invest their time in you this is not a job for someone who thinks things will just be given to them. You will have to come in with the mindset that you are going to change someones life everyday. There is no "light" day you are essentially focused and working on your book of business. This is a job for anyone who is willing to step out of their comfort zone and is willing to take a chance in a new field that is extremely rewarding. But again you must be willing to be out of your comfort zone and must be willing to learn on your own, as a team, and take everything in as a student. If your ready for a new challenge, want to change peoples lives, and like technology and are willing to learn more about it than this is the place to be.
