      Supportive management, but poor work-life balance

      * Sales are rewarded with commission after you exceed the threshold, you then get a bonus based on delivery * Great team of designers * Management team actively want you to succeed * Great structure to improve your own performance and sales * Freedom to run your appointments within reason (guidelines to how things are done are there but with good reason)

      Cons

      * Work life balance is poor, weekend time off is incredibly limited, bank holidays and public holidays are all marked as red zones * Targets are set incredibly high * Thresholds are high and in quiet times incredibly hard to hit

      Sturdy salary but unfair commission structure and favoritism

      good sturdy salary, not really a boring day ever. very good training process in terms of going to the head office,

      quite an unsociable working pattern, and a rough commission structure. You have to make the company £42,000 minimum in a month to be able to earn anything. management also likes to take leads you have accumulated for yourself and hand them to their favourites in the store which is very unfair.
