Pros

Possible to make good commission, excellent software, industry leading finance options and good quality product

Cons

Wren continue to fire teams of people and add their job roles onto their designers Additional targets for bedrooms and Trade sales added on top of existing sales targets without additional time allowances Work every weekend, boxing day, new years day, all bank holidays, no time off allowed in january, easter or black friday sales periods Errors automatically charged to designers as hundereds of pounds out of their wages whether they are responsible or not. Down to designers to dispute but often not overturned on technicalities
