Training was helpful and informative as there is a lot to learn. Parking on site was a bonus.

Cons

Micromanagement, no work life balance, poor commission structure. Toxic work place environment.

Cons

Poor Management- Ask for any help they blame employees. No support or help. Set up for failure. No one is there to help you step by step. Rude manager that bully staff for results. They should train and be supportive and understanding.

There is no work culture or work enviornment you come in do what you you're told and go home
