      Controlling beyond belief

      Working with some good Colleagues

      Where do i start, controlling, micromanaged, sales commission threshold before you can earn, free issues charged to designers even if its not your fault, you use to be able to earn a good income but thats impossible now. Admin, planner problems, a ridiculous dashboard deflects from the day job of selling. This company will lose a lot of good staff shortly and be left with inexperienced designers which will create more issues

      Good money and if you have a pulse and can hold a conversation you stand a good chance of being offered a job there and o

      Cons

      The board of directors have a monthly swearathon with the showroom managers. This pressure is then passed onto the sales team (I won’t say designers as the company aren’t interested in proper designers- just people who can persuade customers to part with their money. If you go to buy a kitchen you might get a car salesman or someone from behind a bar….good luck!
