The money can be great if you’re willing to lie to customers & cheat colleagues out of sales for commission.

Cons

Very few people last the first few months. VERY high staff turnover & generally awful management. Verbally abused by managers alongside blatant favouritism to friends, regardless of ability or sales figures.

Pros

The pros to working at Wren are the software is very good, lots of tools at your disposal in terms of HD renders and VR. The money in terms of commission is also a pro as the earning potential is not limited.

Cons

The cons to working at Wren are the base salary is low, especially comparatively to other design companies, which is also influenced by a commission threshold that has to be hit before you start earning commission. The hours can be very long, and there are a lot of no book zones in terms of holidays, which makes taking time off very difficult, affecting work life balance.
