Great pay/commission, Great company values, staff are welcoming to new starters, coaching and great training courses specific to your job role.

Cons

If you are not used to redtail hours can be long hours, Weekends ect

Pros

Showroom team are fantastic. Training very in depth, Nest visit amazing trainers prepared to give extra guidance if needed. Technology really does bring kitchens and bedrooms to life before your eyes. Great earning potential if you put the time in.

Cons

Long hours but that is retail, Need to consistently be on top form to get leads and convert. A lot to learn both in terms of technical requirements and ranges you really are always learning.
