Pros

- commission is very good. my commission is usually the same or more than my standard wage. - work 14 hours a week and often similar pay to friends in full time jobs - management team are great and honestly there to help - targets are there and highlighted but it is not life or death - environment is very relaxed and for the most part as long as you do your job good then you are not hassled - option to progress to Kitchen Designer

Cons

- working saturday and sunday is not for everyone (especially students). hungover sundays are tough to get through. - meeting targets is often purely down to luck - often customers are not actually interested and some quiet days - no paid overtime - forced to do the normal awkward sales interactions (hand out leaflets etc.) that customers hate

Pros

The on boarding training is excellent, the amount of investment in each individual is unreal! I have been working out of the Cribbs Causeway store until the opening of Plymouth. The Cribbs team have been incredible, I was given lots of support, advice during my time there from both management and designers. Now looking forward to the opening of a new store with another great team of people.

Cons

No cons for me, Wren are an awesome company to work for.

Pros

- I have been with Wren for 4 weeks so far, and I have loved every minute of it. The training is intense but Wren will pull out all the stops to make you a confident, independent kitchen designer. - The training at The Nest (HQ) is second to none. I was placed with an amazing group of people (17 in total) plus Vicky Ansell, who is by far the best coach I have ever had. It will be intense and lots of information will be fed at a crazy pace, but nothing like practice and a keen interest in what you're doing to smoothen out the bumps along the way. - The earning potential is uncapped; your hard work will determine your salary at the end of the month, so you know that you put in is more or less what you will get out. - Wren has recently earned the second spot for the best employer to work for in the UK. I think that speaks volumes of where Wren are at the moment and what your expectactions as a future employee can be.

Cons

Nothing I can suggest at the moment.
