      Nice showroom Free Training Short work hours

      This isnt a real job. They constantly take on new designers, fail to give them any work (customers are allocated to the branch favorites only) then sack them after 3 months & get more. This is because of pressure from the CEO who cannot accurately interpret the sales figures, so uses daily conference calls to bully the managers instead. Actual pay £12k pa basic. No opportunity to achieve the £35k advertised.

      Out of the showroom for most part of the day. Seeing many different projects and develpments

      Logistically not very well organised with surveyors days. Find i am visiting an area to leave and then return again later in the day
