      Good looking showrooms Good products Opening hours to suit most customers

      Cons

      Although there might be a week of training at the Nest, it is pointless unless the store has structure and Chelmsford doesn't Unprofessional managers No real accountabilities 12 month probationary period for designers so no security

      Being able to develop both personally and professionally within a growing company and working with a team of highly knowledgeable (and absolutely lovely) people!

      Working on a just in time basis can often be stressful… Luckily it makes the day fly by!

      Ive worked for Wren for just over a year, As a company we are very proactive and are constantly looking for ways to improve and develop not only the business but staff also. I enjoy my working day as everyday is different, I love the products we sell and the inspirational showrooms we work in. Management and the staff all work together as a team and is a pleasure to be part of our team here in Stevenage.

      Cons

      When we are in busy periods, there can be long working hours and stressful times. The more organized you are the easier these times can be.
