The company has seen tremendous success with a certain set of strategies and motions and is now in the process of disrupting itself to grow into the next phase of growth. Disruption means change and change is never a comforting thing.
This has led to some pockets of frustration with not being able to hold onto the "old ways."
The company has also in the recent past started to build a more performance and accountability based culture which motivates high performing individuals and encourages low performers to improve. This has also caused some discomfort with some sections that have not been performing well.
