Pros

I can't imagine a company any better to work for. People, product and the atmosphere make Wrike a perfect place. Even considering that the company is growing really fast, each employee can feel how important he/she is for the company. You get all the perks like free lunch every day, commute compensation and great team events.

Cons

Can't find any. Literally, I love everything about this company. There are some minor cons, but have you ever seen an ideal company?

- Smart people - Good fun in the office - Great social culture - Excellent product - Great career opportunities as the company continues to grow - Freedom to do as you please - Access to upper management & CEO - Company holiday to Mexico last January for all employees! - Flexible working conditions (casual dress, work from home options, etc.) - Free lunch every day!

Cons

I guess an on-site gym and masseuse would be nice... Maybe some day!

Pros

-One of the coolest things at Wrike is that the product is based around productivity, collaboration, and transparency--and that is very clearly reflected in the company culture. Teams are heavily involved in making each other successful. -The company is also in a very good space financially and in the market and I can only see good things happening in the next 5 years. -Development and support teams are incredible, the product is very stable and bugs are quickly resolved

Cons

Very normal start-up pains, product has room to grow especially in the area of analytics
