Pros

Great, creative, highly intelligent people to work with. Self organizing teams. It's easy to sell a product you can believe in. And Wrike is a product that actually WORKS and makes users' lives more efficient. Flexible hours and remote work friendly. Pet friendly. Free food daily. Now is the perfect time to join the crew. BEFORE that defining moment when EVERYONE hops on the bandwagon and the IPO comes around, and you wished you had been employee #101 instead of #21,500 . Location is currently next to the Castro train station. Walking distance from Downtown Mountain View. All employees get a Macbook Air to use. And a widescreen monitor. Lots of creative challenges to solve daily. Never boring!

Cons

If you're looking for awesome/cool "startup perks," this isn't the place. No real designated area to eat meals. Kitchen is tight to move around in and not "tight" as in "that was tight, yo." Not much food choices for vegans and health nuts.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, free lunch everyday, coworkers constantly planning social events - this company is just awesome. It's the first time I'm able to say I enjoy coming to work everyday. The autonomy and flexibility are great...everyone trusts you to get your work done. Any feedback that is given to HR about the office, food, culture, etc. is heard and acted upon. Could not be happier with where I am at Wrike.

Cons

The office is a bit small for how fast we've grown...no open meeting rooms!

Pros

I've been working for Wrike over a year now and the company has grown out of 3 offices. In my experience, when you see that type of growth, there is not a huge focus on employee benefits or human resources in general, but Wrike has really puts the employee first. The benefits package includes free lunches daily, flexible scheduling, Caltrain reimbursement, new Apple gear, unlimited vacations, monthly sales contests and an incredible health benefits. My wife just had twins, with 4 days in the hospital and the cost was 1/5 of the cost of my last child. Oh, the software sells itself and there are 25,000 new trials per month, so we got that going for us... which is nice.

Cons

Time for a bigger location, again.
