Pros

Great PTO, sick time, coworkers are great, benefits were great other than the expensive health insurance

Cons

The doctors there don't care at all about the front desk staff. Always calling in for no reason, cancelling appointments, making the front desk the person the patients cuss and get frustrated at. The doctors belittle the front desk staff. The supervisors don't care about the employees at all. There is ALWAYS lay offs, making everyone fearful that they may be next to lose their jobs.

Pros

PTO- Vacation/Sick accruals monthly and roll over year to year. Increases at 5 and 10 years A fairly flexible work schedule- depending on role Contributing something positive to the people we serve and the community Good overall benefit package- although healthcare has gotten too expensive considering the salaries at the organization Most of the people are empathetic and caring

Cons

High Turnover&Layoffs. It makes it hard to progress in any area when there are constant staffing setbacks Staff are traumatized and fearful of losing their jobs and not feeling important Lack of concern for safety in the community Little to no training opportunities Poor compensation. No raises. Performance not rewarded
